Travelling through Vietnamese countryside, we will first see many rice paddies and other agriculture activities. You will be able to cool off in a rainforest stream, and then continuing on, to explore Vietnam’s pineapple plantations, where sampling the fruit will be encouraged.
You will begin to ride on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, the major supply link for Vietnamese soldiers during the American war. You will have your first opportunity to talk the Vietnamese hill-tribe people. You will sleep in a simple hotel.
2nd Day: Kham Duc to Kon Tum (on the Ho Chi Minh Trail)
Travel through the Lo Xo mountain pass through a tropical rain forest; enjoy the best cup of coffee grown and brewed in Vietnam, and visit the hill-tribe people of Ka Tu. Immerse yourself in the rich economic agricultural centre of Vietnam. Roam working coffee and rubber tree plantations.
Visit former battle fields of the recent war in Dak To and Tan Canh to learn more about Vietnam history. We will arrive in Kon Tum around 5:00pm.
3rd Day: Kon Tum to Mang Den
Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the fresh air of the highland town and walk around to visit Kon Tum market.
After breakfast, we will get on the motorbike for visiting the old wooden Catholic Church, viewing the unique French Architecture. Cross the 290 m suspension bridge to visit the KonKtu village of the Bahnar people.
After that, we will travel through highway 24 to head to Mang Den where we will stay there 1 night. Mang Den is considered as The second Da Lat city because of its cool weather. Before getting there, we will riding through villages of minority tribes and rain forests that you can deep your body in great fresh air and beautiful views.
4th day: Ride from Mang Den to Quang Ngai
Today, we will ride through the Violac mountain pass between the central highlands and lowlands, you will see spectacular views of the mountain landscapes. We then leave highway 24 to take the country side roads to Quang Ngai, to see the cultivation and rice paddies of the mountain base, to get a glimpse of the real life of Vietnam. There are some more ethnic minority groups on the way to help you to have a look about varied cultures of Vietnam. Quang Ngai is also where you can feel the deep affection of many the farmers who is very honest and naive.
